For all of those who are wondering about the add on Craigslist please see the goat contest page for details. I had to list the add as “free nanny goat” as craigslist will not allow me to post the contest.
The nanny will most likely be a sable doe as I do not have enough nubians to consider this. We have some fabulous girls to choose from. This is a wonderful opportunity for a 4-her or someone who isn’t quite sure they want to own a dairy goat. If you think a milking goat will be a blessing to you, please make your nomination. Don’t forget to include your personal information such as name, address and a number or email where you can be reached. Last year a little girl from Dansville, NY received her blessing nanny. She has returned to our farm this past december for breeding and kidding.
