At the 2006 Nationals, she placed 8th in the 3 year old class. She was also a member of our 3rd place dairy herd. She is a long, tall, correct doe with tremendous width. She has the widest, flattest rump in the herd. Her udder is high and wide in the rear, smoothly blended in the fore. We would like to see her teats placed more centrally on the udder floor. In 2007 she was several times BOB and won her first BDIS under Jean Lucas.

Mar-Bon CDM Huggie’s Hidalgo Purebred Sable ADGA#C1475415
Dark Chocolate Pied
Bred by Marcia Boney of Little Marsh PA
Hidalgo was the only sable buck we had for a few years. Being so closely related to our herd we choose to breed him to our new doe Patina Yo Vey and then retire him. Vey had a lovely set of twins in April of 2012. The doe is being retained and the buck is up for sale.
